The thing with Singapore is that it's a melting pot of so many cuisines, and everyone here is such a foodie, where you can indulge in a wide range of cuisines, and embrace it as much as you would your own! Let me know how you like the recipe.Anniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02773818491301271859noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-90813065847945456.post-6547465219602644362011-03-11T05:35:58.852+08:002011-03-11T05:35:58.852+08:00Whenever I hear Kimchi, I am reminded of my Tita. ...Whenever I hear Kimchi, I am reminded of my Tita. She lived with her son for 3 years during his stint with P&G in Singapore. She was sharing with me all the recipes she would make while she was there. So one time she was excited to tell me that she makes home made kimchi. I told her to share her recipe and she goes: "oh yeah i'll share it with you, you'll love it because it's authentic singaporean recipe" But Tita, I retorted back, Kimchi is Korean! haha.. oh well i digressed now going back to your recipe, this is really a must try. We always have kimchi on the side... so it must be a good idea to make it into a fried rice. Great concoction!

xo,
MalouSKIP TO MALOUhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07463265025947861620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-90813065847945456.post-38487842394137401322011-02-28T21:13:13.053+08:002011-02-28T21:13:13.053+08:00Mothers are always able to think of something to m...Mothers are always able to think of something to make out of whatever they've got. This sounds really good. I love sinangag, pork and kimchi though they've never all been on my plate together. There's always a first time.adorasboxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10966380108381463959noreply@blogger.com
